Career Connections Job Site - a fully web-based, end-to-end solution developed by Workopolis NicheNetwork - is designed to minimize the recruiting "grunt work" through automation and deliver qualified, interested and available candidates to your desktop.

There is no software to install, and your system can be accessed anywhere, anytime through a regular internet browser.

Posting your jobs on the job board couldn't be easier!  In a matter of minutes you can create a job posting that will reach thousands of Insurance Professionals and bring back only the most qualified for your review.  The following outlines the steps required to post a job to the job board:

Tracking Ability
(optional step)

You may associate a reference number with your job posting by entering it into the field provided.
STEP 2
Job Details
Enter details pertaining to the job posting including the start date, job stream, position title, number of positions open and job type.
STEP 3
Experience and Education Screening
Enter the experience requirements and education level required for the position.
STEP 4
Entering Job Description
Enter your full job description into the field provided by wither typing the description directly
STEP 5
Company Description and Contact Information
The company description and contact information section will be automatically pre-populated with your company description and contact information. You are able to update any of this information if you wish to do so.  You may also hide any contact information by clicking on the boxes located next to each line of contact information.  This will ensure that you only display information that you want a job seeker to see. 
STEP 6
Preview and Post Job
You are now ready to preview your job posting and make any last minute tweaks that you require.  Your job posting will instantly be posted to the Inclusion Network Job Board for job seekers to begin applying to.
