Position Profile:

As an Estimating/Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to build sales through our service departments across Canada by delivering effective customer service via telephone.  

Responsibilities:

• Review field data for material and labour requirements and generate quotes
• Follow-up with Foreman on field data to complete files and assess customer requirements
• Sell related services (e.g. maintenance agreements, Roof Audits etc.)
• Answer incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Researches and resolves customer issues
• Provide operational support to business development team

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal essential
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform in a deadline oriented environment
• Ability to work independently as well in a team-based environment
• Strong customer service/inside sales background preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of the roofing industry a significant asset
