We are currently seeking an experienced self-motivated HVAC Installation manager for our installation department. Health and Safety experience would be an asset. Your key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Scheduling of the installation technicians.
- Preparation of daily work orders and enterting them onto the schedule board.
- Process and price work orders daily.
- Estimating for Time and Material jobs.
- Co-ordinate equipment and materials required with the purchasing department.
- Preparing equipment and materials for installation.
- Ensuring all model and serial numbers are documented.
- Site visit/inspections.
- Preparing invoices for installations day of the install and ensuring payment received.
- Follow up calls to customers.
- Ensuring payment of Time and Material jobs.
- Prepare monthly reports
- Health and Safety
