A great opportunity for a Quality Control Office Assistant for our client on Annacis Island. There will be a lot of reviewing and data entry so someone who is tech savvy and has some knowledge in Excel would be great! A few required skills, be a great problem solver, strong team player, front desk experience, positive infectious attitude and have a great sales insight.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is able to handle multiple tasks. You must be a quick learner and have great attention to detail.
To be considered for this role, you have previous experience verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigating discrepancies or adjusting errors, issuing or distributing materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions and preparing and maintaining records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued.
