Westcon Equipment and Rentals Ltd. has an immediate full time position available for a Parts Order Desk Clerk for our Winnipeg operation. We carry a full line of Volvo construction equipment, Gomaco curb, gutter and paving equipment, Sennebogen material handlers and JCB construction equipment. This position would be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, which includes but is not limited to: providing price quotations, checking inventory for product availability, providing delivery dates to customers and verifying prices. You will receive and process orders by phone, e-mail, fax or in person. The Parts Clerk prepares and maintains sales orders, customer lists and purchase orders with receipts. As a Parts Clerk you will look up part numbers for customers and mechanics using online and paper manuals. You will make routine decisions according to company policies and guidelines. From time to time you may be required to assist with shipping duties. Previous parts equipment knowledge with an OEM dealer similar to Volvo and JCB would be an asset.
