Our client, a well-established financial services company, has an immediate opportunity for an Account Manager (Commercial Lender) with its head office in Winnipeg.
Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Banking, the Account Manager will serve as a financial consultant to business clients and prospects as it relates to the company’s products and services as well as understanding all aspects of the clients’ business. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving personal business targets and objectives by proactively identifying and pursuing new sources of business, provide financial consulting as it relates to business banking as well as nurture, develop and grow current relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of related experience in Commercial Development. A combination of education and experience will also be considered. A strong background in sales and service as well as relationship management is also considered an asset. You must also have superior oral written communication skills as well as a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with people at all levels both inside and outside the organization.
Our client requires the incumbent to be able and available to travel to Northern communities on occasion.
