The Credit Institute of Canada (CIC) has ten regional Chapters across Canada which are engaged in supporting our members and all credit professionals who share our passion and goals.
The majority of our CIC Chapters have annual budgets less than $25,000 and less than 50 financial transactions per year. Our national office already has an internal control function which performs an annual review of internal controls of each Chapter.
Our organization is currently seeking professionally credentialed accountants, as volunteers, to conduct a financial Compilation of yearend financial results for our Hamilton Chapter. The successful candidate does not have to reside in the region to complete our 2017 Compilation.
This role provides the accounting professional with CPE credits as well as unique experience in the not-for-profit industry.
