This position is for Integram Windsor Seating a division of Magna Seating.

Responsible for the accuracy of the overall division financial status, including Business Plan development and tracking, required flash submissions, re-forcasting, cost savings and Task validation, and maintaining All legislative, SOX, and Magna Corporate requirements at all times.
Ensure all employees adhere to the Health Safety and Environmental Standards at all times in accordance with the Magna Charter, Integram Windsor Seating Policies, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Participate in plant Health, Safety and Environmental Programs
Conducts themselves in accordance with the Magna Charter, Magna Operating Principles and Corporate Ethics guidelines at all times
Adhere to ALL Corporate, Magna Seating and Integram Windsor Seating Policies
Adhere to respective TS16949 and ISO14001 requirements by remaining compliant with the latest standards and maintaining up to date Work Instructions, FCD's etc.
Participate in the development of the annual KOI's,/ projects, and effectively manage activities including action plans and weekly status updates to achieve targeted results
Cultivate a work culture that focuses on continually improving upon all elements the Employee Opinion Survey score. (EOS)
Conduct ALL internal audits per defined schedules including those that are customer specific. (i.e. L.P.A, Final Product, 5S,)
Understand and adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement at all times, with the intend to avoid grievances being filed against the company.
Ensures the scope of responsibilities and authority are maintained for each individual under your supervision, (Job descriptions) including the identification of specific qualifications, skills, education and training required to perform the job are fulfilled.
Ensures that employees under their supervision who perform work affecting product quality , and have a significant impact on safety and the environment are competent on the basis of education, training, skills and experience.
Conduct Annual Employee Evaluations to highlight employee effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement. and ensure appropriate training is provided to address.
Participate in the development of annual departmental budgets, including capital spending and re-forecasting as required by the company.
Ensure identification and timely implementation of sustainable corrective actions as appropriate for any nonconformance identified including any non-compliance identified during internal/external audit.
Participate in World Class Manufacturing, Magna Production System and Mafact objective with a focus on the elimination of waste and non-value added activities throughout our process.
Review trend data for departmental operations for product or process; provide guidance and actions to support out of control conditions; or assign designate

Knowledge and Education
Education: CPA Designation

Experience: 5-10 years in related field
