Reporting to the Vice-President, International and Student Affairs, as the Director of Recruitment, Admissions & Awards you will lead the development and management of all facets of prospective undergraduate student recruitment, admissions, strategic awards and liaison activities to attract top students to Mount Allison University. You will develop integrated, comprehensive, strategic annual and multi-year recruitment programming that reflects the vision and goals of the university in response to constantly evolving enrolment management trends. You will develop creative recruitment and promotional initiatives that engage the entire University community. You will champion the development of a recruitment strategy that exemplifies the University’s brand and reputation.
As the ideal candidate, you bring leadership experience in student recruitment, marketing or public relations in a post-secondary environment coupled with a degree in business, marketing, public relations or a related field. Your exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike. Strategic, collaborative, energetic, and creative describe you to a T.
