We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director, Graduate Recruitment & Admissions (Domestic) to work with Student Services & International Relations in the Schulich School of Business for this exciting opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting the admissions targets for domestic students entering Schulich's MBA and IMBA. The incumbent manages a team of people who support the recruiting of international graduate students as well as oversees the assessment and records team, who support the processing of all graduate level applications to Schulich.. With a keen understanding of the market, the incumbent develops recruiting strategies to maximize market reach and impact. At the end of each cycle, the incumbent assesses results and identifies opportunities for improvement. The incumbent is responsible for recruiting students, interviewing, assessing eligibility and fit for program, and working with successful applicants to confirm their offer.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
An Undergraduate degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, communications: MBA preferred. In addition, the successful candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of progressively more responsible related management experience, including setting goals and objectives, coordination, planning and supervision in a multifunctional environment. Experience in student services/admissions environment is ideal. Candidates with experience in marketing, recruitment, customer service management, and communication roles are also preferred. Working knowledge of student advising, recruiting and applicant assessment as well as the development of marketing/recruitment strategies, is essential. Demonstrated experience in university admissions. Experience working with complex Customer Relationship Management Systems, such as Salesforce.
