Your career reflects extensive senior leadership in a public serving organization, working with vulnerable populations and experience working within legislative parameters for handling sensitive, personal information.  Recognized for your expertise in negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution, you have distinguished yourself as a champion in advocacy and mediation, and bring proven experience in investigative and complaint resolution processes.  Your collaborative leadership style and commitment to consultation with diverse health system stakeholders will inform policy directions and ensure the delivery of client focused initiatives that are aligned with ministry and government priorities. You have established a reputation for inspiring a culture of excellence and mentoring teams to deliver service focused results, and possess acumen to manage sensitive issues in complex environments. Innovative problem solving skills and a systems approach will be critical in issues management and resolution of health related concerns facing Albertans.  A related degree in health, social science or law and a strong understanding of Alberta’s health system and emerging health issues affecting Albertans are preferred.
