Job Description

You will provide health services and medical treatment at the millsite, complete health assessments and ADM tests, and assist the Health & Safety Technician in covering the security office. Responsible for maintaining all medical records, you will manage case files and return to work programs, deal with WCB cases, facilitate health and wellness initiatives, and carry out any additional duties to be determined by the Health & Safety Team.

You  are a registered Advanced Care Paramedic or/ Registered Nurse with Advanced First Aid and ITLS and ACLS equivalent training that meets Alberta OH & S Code of practice. Preference will be given to those certified/registered as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN)/ or Advanced Care Paramedic that is with good standing in their registered association (Carna/ACOP). You are willing to obtain Spirometer and Audiometric certification. Strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
