The Transformation Services branch provides enterprise services to support the execution of the 12|21 corporate strategic plan and service delivery plans and services to ensure architecture alignment across domains. Services include project, portfolio and resource management; enterprise architecture strategic alignment and enterprise architecture design, development and stewardship.


The Project Administrator provides technical project management administration and also provides support to the program and portfolio functions. This position may be assigned to a project team to provide administration for large-scale projects throughout the project management life-cycle (i.e. initiation, planning, execution, control and close-out).


Selection Criteria:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent with completed course work in project management;

  • One year of experience providing project management support services;

  • Experience applying project management principles and practices;

  • Experience using office productivity applications (eg. MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and project management applications (eg. MS Project).

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM ) or an equivalent, or working toward one is preferred.

  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools or with modern cloud based work management tools is preferred.
