Cameco is looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented, team player to join the organizational change management team that supports the company with varied changes including technology, process and transformational change.


In this role you will have several years of experience in organizational change management, the people side of change, to help ensure Cameco realizes the benefits of the various change initiatives within the company.  Your background includes stakeholder impact analysis and developing and executing a change management plan (communications, training, resistance management, coaching and reinforcement).  You pride yourself in building relationships with key stakeholders and view change management as an art as well as a science, focusing on the heart and the mind to achieve the desired behavior change.  This role works closely with project sponsors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure the goals of the project are achieved and Cameco realizes the intended benefits.


Education and Qualifications


Requirements of the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, adult education or a related discipline
  • Five to eight years of applicable work experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
  • An aptitude for technology and computer applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills


  • Change management certification such as PROSCI
  • SAP experience
  • Microsoft SharePoint experience
