Surgical Capital Equipment Sales Specialist



Job Description

This is a field based position, you can be located anywhere near a major airport in Canada. You will work closely with the Canadian Sales Teams to drive and sustain business within our Surgical Table portfolio. We will provide you with robust training for you to be the technical expert with our Hill-Rom, Trumpf technology. You will partner with the Account Executives and Sales Leadership to develop unique strategies to penetrate the untapped Canadian market and close large deals with key accounts. You will have the opportunity to present through product demonstration to a diverse audience of Surgeons, Clinicians, Administrators, Biomedical Engineers, Architects and Equipment Planners.


  • Drive surgical revenue attainment.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to seamlessly serve shared accounts.
  • Coordinate customer sales support activities across assigned accounts.
  • Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and maximize perceived ROI.
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge.
  • Serve as product-specific expert within the surgical table space.
  • Information management.
  • Travel is required to manage assigned regional goals and to attend regional/national meetings and events.
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada 75% - 100% of work week
  • At least 3 years of Canadian Healthcare system sales is required
  • Must have an undergraduate degree
