Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Answer and direct telephone calls;

Greet and direct customers/clients;

Process outgoing mail and arrange for courier pickups and deliveries;

Prepare general correspondence, faxes, memos, letters;

Schedule meetings;

Prepare minutes of meeting;

Assist with tender closings;

Process shop drawings;

Prepare project closeout documentation, i.e. operation and maintenance manuals;

Process contract documents;

Prepare prequalification proposals;

 

Experience / Required Skills / Qualifications:

Min. high school diploma; post-secondary education in a business or administrative program preferred;

Experience in the Construction Industry preferred;

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;

Self starter; assertive; works well under pressure and tight deadlines; attention to detail; job task planning & organizing; works well independently and as part of a team;
