Job Description

The Gottardo Group is prevalent in the construction industry as a real estate developer, design-builder and general contractor serving clients throughout Southwestern Ontario for over sixty years.

Successful completion of prestigious developments, office buildings, industrial distribution and manufacturing facilities, retail centres and specialty use buildings has established Gottardo as a leader in the building sector.

We are seeking high quality candidates for commercial, office and industrial developments:

SITE SUPERINTENDENT – Minimum seven years experience, oversee and manage day-to-day construction activity. Responsibilities are, but not limited to, organizing and managing trades, building and maintaining the construction schedule, ensure quality of workmanship, project safety, and other duties as required. Must have valid drivers licence.

PROJECT MANAGER – Responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate projects from start to completion–scheduling, cost control, contract administration. Minimum seven years experience and well developed knowledge of the construction process and management.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR – Construction background a must, close liaison with the construction/project management/estimating teams, highly proficient in Microsoft Office, thorough knowledge and ability to complete prequalification submissions, proposals, CCDC documents, subcontracts, purchase/change orders, issue letters of intent.
