Job Description


The suitable Candidate would require to perform the following duties:

  • Generating new revenue in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and the surrounding territory.
  • Acquiring & maintaining sufficient technical knowledge in all of TA’s portfolio – Avaya, (formerly Nortel), Panasonic, Mitel, Lenovo, HP, Aruba, Tintri, APC, Polycom, Cabling, Voice & Data products, Contact Centre applications, Networking applications and Cloud Solutions.
  • Build and expand relationships with prospect and existing clients to ensure retention and service excellence.
  • Cold calling (lead generation); follow up telephone calls to “new” potential clients; booking appointments, Calling clients and inform them of market trends and initiate marketing programs.
  • Meet revenue and account objectives, design sale strategies and structures account development plans accordingly.
  • Contribute to the successful increase in revenue and a market share of the organization by ensuring an effective and proactive approach is taken toward proposal development and future business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update any records pertaining to the client base, whether it is account information or sales records.
  • Compile information, prepare reports and assist with any other technical or sales related tasks from time to time.
  • Consistently meet quota as set out by management.
  • Excel on any course or seminar that may be attended related to the position.


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Preferred)
  • 3-5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • Creativity and a high-energy level
  • Proven track record of growth
  • Above average verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and new customer development
  • Relevant PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • A winning positive attitude
