Our new Manager, Alberta Auto Claims in Edmonton will have the opportunity to help build SGI CANADA’s future as a major Canadian P&C insurance player. As part of the management team, you will lead our claims team to provide the service excellence vision that will support the growth plans for our Alberta operations. Using your ability to engage others through effective communication and staff empowerment, you will support your team to ensure claims are investigated and settled with a caring and consistent approach for all of our customers.

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have completed a diploma specializing in insurance and risk management along with a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Candidates should have a minimum of eight years experience in a senior/supervisory insurance role with evidence of continuing professional development. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
