If so, our Moncton Agency Contact Centre is growing and is looking for people just like you! The Licensed Insurance Representatives are an extension to the Advisors who help provide world class Sales and Customer Service to our members-clients across Canada. You’ll determine clients’ insurance needs, make coverage recommendations, complete risk assessments, and provide administrative support.


What will you be doing?

The first 2 weeks of our 12 week training program is designed to help you obtain your Ontario and Atlantic Insurance Licenses. Upon completion of the training program, you will work in our inbound call centre answering clients’ calls regarding home and auto insurance.


Who are you?

  • Post-secondary education

  • Strong sales and customer service experience

  • Willing to obtain NB General Insurance and Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario licenses, upon hire

  • Flexible (Operating hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-9 pm and Saturday 8:30am-6 pm)

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills (minimum 35 wpm)

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for 6 positions
