This is an opportunity for you to oversee the operations of our Saskatoon based Auto Claims branches. We need a strong leader who is ready to be the champion for change as we evolve how our Claims division provides service to our customers. Using your ability to bring staff together towards a common vision, you will oversee branch operations to ensure a consistent approach to claims handling activities that ensures we provide a caring and equitable experience to all of our customers.
To successfully perform the role, you will bring the knowledge & skills you have obtained from your degree in business administration/commerce or a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. You will also bring the expertise you have obtained from eight years managerial experience with increasing responsibility along with eight years technical experience in an insurance related field with evidence of continuing professional development. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
