HUB Personal Insurance is growing and seeking a dynamic Insurance Advisor to join our expanding Group & Affinity Sales team based in Oakville, Ontario. This is an ideal role for an individual who excels in sales, customer service and is looking for a growth opportunity.   • Prompt response to inbound sales inquiries from Group clients by providing home and auto quotations
  • Identify and proactively respond to needs-based selling opportunities for clients by appropriately matching to insurer partners      
  • Ability to identify opportunities for upsell to existing clients
  • Deliver minimum sales targets for new business Personal lines sales
  • Resolve and address client concerns during the sales process
  • Correctly set up and submit insurance applications, follow up with clients as required
  • Meet and present HUB proposition with Group & Affinity partners as required (some travel required)

Required Experience:

  • RIBO licensed, preferred but not required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in either a sales organization or an insurance organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with insurance systems (Applied EPIC)
  • Effective organizational skills and time management
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work a minimum of one Saturday per month or more as required
