We are hiring an Account Executive (Sales) for Personal Lines
You are determined to drive top line by prospecting potential customers and turning them into long term dedicated clients through customizing risk coverage that meets their personal needs. You are successful at understanding the customer, their lifestyle and clearly communicating solutions to areas of risk. You are consistent with your service and pay close attention to the details that decrease the possibility of E&O. You are independent and self motivated to persevere and prioritize competing requests and requirements. You are positive, enthusiastic and energetic. You are friendly and a fun loving part of our brokerage team, striving to work in synergy with all internal departments and external insurers. You are RIBO licensed. The job is to find and convert possible clients into long term dedicated customers through exceptional customer service and the ability to match client needs with the right company and coverage. The job is to increase sales revenues by outbound prospecting, taking incoming calls and using internal referrals and converting these into bound business. You clearly communicate with all stakeholders in order to ensure clarity, provide optimum customer satisfaction, internal team cohesiveness and decrease risk of E&O.
