Find out more about Benson Kearley IFG by visiting our website at www.bensonkearleyifg.com   You are...... • RIBO licensed • Customer obsessed, developing and maintaining strong relationships with your clients and our insurance partners. • Energetic, positive, enthusiastic and a team player • Consistent with your service and pay close attention to the details that decrease the possibility of E&O. • Independent and self motivated to persevere and prioritize competing requests and requirements • A friendly and fun loving part of our brokerage team, striving to work in synergy with all internal departments and external insurers. • Familiar with insurance brokerage customer service management data base – Agency Manager • A strong communicator, both written and verbal The job is to....... • Support the Personal Lines Account Managers through outbound calls to obtain client information, completion and preparation of ITV’s, input endorsements via company portals or prepare requests to the insurer via TAM. • Receive and forward client payments to the insurance company including electronic payments with the accounting department. • Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and current market conditions by reading company emails, attending in house company meetings, webinars and internal department meetings. • Collect up-to-date contact information on clients by confirming client detail information on database. • Provide back up for incoming service calls • Inform clients of cancellation notice.
