We’re looking for well-rounded experience in personal lines underwriting, an analytical perspective, and strong business acumen to visualize and deliver on the bigger strategic picture. To build this vision and support your team, we’ll need you to spend at least the first two years in our Regina-based head office, and we are willing to discuss solutions that will meet your personal work-life balance needs.

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree in insurance and risk management, business administration or commerce, mathematics, statistics or actuarial science or a related discipline. Candidates will also bring at least eight years management experience with increasing responsibility in personal lines, as well as a minimum of three years experience in a technical insurance, statistical, actuarial or finance position. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
