We are currently recruiting for a Vendor of Record (VOR) Coordinator to work with Procurement Services, Finance for this exciting opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for vendor administration including the review, approval, creation and archiving of vendors’ information, evaluating vendor performance, producing metrics related to vendors, resolving issues and recommending solutions. The VOR Coordinator is responsible for the entire VOR administration process, including the development of the administrative work flow processes, monitoring data input by vendors, acting as a lead with respect to projects specific to vendor records/data and ensuring adherence of critical path time lines within the guidelines of the department. This individual is expected to coordinate and liaise between vendors, departments and end users, as it pertains to vendor records, to ensure the timely receipt/payment of goods/services.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
A College diploma in a related filed such as Commerce, Business Administration or Economics. Pursuing the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation or holding a designation from UPPCC (CPPB or CPPO), possessing related training is an asset. In addition, the successful incumbent will be required to possess three years of related procurement experience. Experience in a public-sector environment preferred.
