Our team of service healthcare professionals delivers care to thousands of clients each day enabling people to remain in their homes, attend clinics and to close the gap between their healthcare needs and overall well-being, caring the way we care for our loved ones.
The successful Director of Client Services will have:
A. Planning, directing and monitoring the services provided by the local offices within the region(s)
B. Developing effective working relationships on behalf of the company with LHIN, CCAC leaders and others within the geography
C. Marketing existing services and develops new business initiatives on behalf of the corporation:
D. Providing direct supervision and support to Branch Manager(s) and Supervisory staff.
E. Providing leadership across the organization in a specific special interest area that is consistent with the strategic priorities of Closing the Gap Healthcare
• Develops specific expertise in a clinical or business area that is congruent with the company’s strategic priorities.
• Provides corporate leadership including the development of a CTG approach to the clinical/business priority, the training of management staff, development of associated forms, policies etc. and ongoing consultation to all branch offices.
