Job Description

Reporting to the President and as a member of the College’s Core Administrative Team, the Vice President of Corporate Services has overall responsibility for a broad range of functions including HR, financial management, IT, risk management, contract management, facilities, and operational and capital planning. The Vice President advises the President and Board on major strategic financial decision-making as well as the current and projected financial status of the College, recommending innovative solutions to short and long-term issues. The Vice President supports one of the largest teams at the College, integrating all service areas to ensure outstanding student experiences and various opportunities for student success.

As the ideal candidate, you are a proven financial professional who has been responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of an organization, ideally in the post-secondary sector or a multi-faceted, publicly-funded institution. You are a highly effective leader of diverse teams, a true collaborator across departments, and a trusted advisor to senior decision makers. You possess superior interpersonal and communication skills and a personal values alignment with the College. Experience in a multi-site environment would be an asset. Your experience overseeing a team of financial professionals, as well as ideally teams in human resources, facilities and/or information technology, is augmented by a CPA designation and/or an MBA.
