Job Description

The Senior Project Advisor reports to the Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), and is a key part of the EPMO team.  Focused on enabling the success of corporate projects and fostering a project management culture within BCI, the Senior Project Advisor is the liaison between the PMO and corporate projects. Focused on building strong relationships with project owners and managers the Senior Project Advisor aligns and supports corporate projects through the BCI project delivery framework, identifies opportunities and dependencies among corporate projects, and provides project and change management expertise and guidance across the corporation. 


Must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or relevant discipline

  • PMP or other Project Management certification

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a project management role

  • Experience working in a project management office or equivalent corporate/central function

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing organizational change management plans

  • Experience developing and implementing change management tools for use across multiple projects

  • Experience leading organization or project change management initiatives

  • Experience developing and executing projects with senior executive sponsors and multiple and diverse stakeholder groups, including IT

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to interact with and influence peers, managers and senior leaders

  • Highly detail oriented

  • A team and customer-focused, service oriented attitude


  • Experience within the pension, financial or investment industry

  • PROSCI certification

  • Lean six-sigma certification
