Provide excellent customer service to our commercial clients. Responsible for invoicing, handling renewals, endorsements, upselling and reviewing coverage with clients.
We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, detail oriented and maintains strong communication and relationship building skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Organization of client documentation and updating TAM
-Track and follow up on Policy documents to ensure accuracy and received in a timely manner
-Preparation of all client facing documentation including invoices, letters, policy documents, certificates of insurance
-Administration of the client renewal process
-Work closely with the Account Executive to service and manage all day to day activity
-Review documentation for policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals and cancellations
-Communication with insurers as required
RIBO llicensed with 3 years commercial lines experience. Experience with TAM preferred.
