ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Registered Nurses oversee and supervise Care Services personnel, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and review of care plans designed to meet the needs of our residents. Our Registered Nurses, within their supervisory role, are to make decisions that provide for the effective planning and execution of total nursing care to meet the individual resident’s needs, and as well, maintain active liaison with residents, families and external agencies.
ABOUT YOU
You are a Registered Nurse, holding a current registration with NANB and have CPR registration. You are good at multi-tasking, have strong organizational and communications skills, have an approachable mannerism, and are an advocate for team nursing. You describe yourself as a caring and compassionate individual.
