Dr. Wright is looking to hire a personal full-time medical secretary / medical receptionist / medical office assistant. The office is located in Stittsville, with half the space being shared with one other physician and her own secretary - both are lovely people to work with.

Position Duties:
- Schedule appointments using EMR (Accuro)
- Respond to all patient inquiries including phone calls
- Administrative tasks like faxing and scanning
- Patient facing: Greeting, checking in patients, health card verification
- Measure blood pressure and weight (experience not required)
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, including restocking/reordering of supplies
- Maintain exam rooms and sterilization/cleaning of instruments
Experience:
- EMR experience preferred (specifically Accuro)
- Previous experience in a busy medical office preferred
- Fluent in English
Education:
- Secondary school required
- Post-secondary education in medical office administration, communications or administration preferred
