Our O\O only pay for their maintenance, fuel, truck payments and approximately $2,000 in start-up costs. Brian Kurtz Trucking pays your insurance, tolls, plates and permits. We offer an excellent Dispatch and Safety team that work collaboratively to get you home safely and most importantly, according to your needs.
We are now hiring, 3 Full Time AZ Cross-Border Owner-Operators.
We offer:
- A $4,000 Sign on Bonus!!!
- $1.35\mile + Fuel Surcharge
- Quarterly Paid Bonus through our Performance Incentive Program
- Paid Layovers and Waiting Time
- All picks and drops are paid at a rate of $50

If you have the drive and ambition to succeed with us here is what we require:
- AN ONTARIO BASED AZ LICENSE
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE AZ CROSS BORDER EXPERIENCE
- A tractor that is no more than 4 years old
- Clean Criminal record check
- Clean personal and professional abstracts
- Have or can get a FAST or TWIC card
We are Partners or Award Winners with:
- Registered Smartway Partner 2013 - Present
- Top Fleets Employer from 2016 - present
Owner Operators with 5 years of verifiable experience will receive $1,000 on completion of their first and third months and $2,000 at the end of their 6th month.
