The Role at High Level:
Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, the People Operations Business Partner will support Wagepoint’s continued growth by driving People Operations functions focused around our Canada and US based employees. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to various areas of our people operations from talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, to compensation and benefits and beyond. You will be the main point of contact for all People Operations related inquiries for our North America-based team and demonstrate a true level of care.
