We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching personnel and equipment in a timely and efficient manner, as well as providing customer service and support. The Dispatcher will be required to maintain accurate records of all dispatched calls, as well as monitor the progress of personnel and equipment in the field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the location of vehicles.
- Receive and respond to customer requests for service.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain records of all dispatches and customer information.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure that they are following routes and schedules.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
