We're looking for a self-starter who is passionate about being a Barista! This individual finds satisfaction in this role and is excited about coming into work with an upbeat attitude. We serve exceptional coffee and fresh wholesome food, with a down-to-earth attitude. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- makes customers feel at home
- makes specialty coffee and other drinks (i.e., teas, frappe, cappuccino, latte, etc)
- Prepares food
- excellent salesmanship. Can upsell Good Earth products (i.e., retail, food, beverages, liquor, etc.) to customers
- Keeps front end, customer and dishwasher areas clean
- Manages front of house inventory
- Assists with events
We are looking for a barista who can pick up shifts as needed and Is available anytime, Sunday through Saturday.
Candidates MUST have barista experience
Because we serve alcohol at this location, applicant must be older than 17.
