Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate and plan office services
· Carry out administrative duties for the business
· Assist clients with their program needs such as registering, change, cancellation, and rescheduling
· Contact appropriate schools, school boards, universities, colleges, and etc
· Assist students with scheduling and tutoring
· Preparing paperwork for various applications
· Answering calls and emails
· Keep updated records and files
· Assist with preparing operating budget, banking, invoicing and payroll
· Answer telephone and email enquiries and report to management
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or College diploma
· 2 years of professional administrative experience
· Proficient with office software including Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Able to work in a fast paced environment while meeting quality standards and deadlines
· Able to work in a team setting with all levels of colleagues, customers, and external contacts
· Excellent efficiency and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
· $29.00 / Hour, 30 hours per week
· 2 weeks paid vacation per year or 4%
· Location: 1106 - 750 W Pender St, Vancouver, BC, V6C 2T8
