5Blue Process Equipment Inc. is an Engineering Fabrication company that provides process equipment to the oil and gas industry in Canada and internationally.
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team.
This individual will be reporting directly to the Procurement Coordinator, or their designate, and will be responsible for the following:
- Unload, sort, and inspect incoming material
- Prepare outgoing material for shipment
- Ensure proper paperwork flow of Purchase Orders and packing slips
- Organize and maintain the work area,
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to complete work duties
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
- Assist with shop housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- High School Diploma, supplemented with 1 to 2 years of related shipping and receiving experience;
- Must have knowledge of Pipe / Fittings and Flanges.'
- Valve Knowledge would be an asset;
- Forklift experience is an asset;
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety;
- Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, self-motivated;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver abstract;
