Job description:
We are looking for an outgoing and positive customer assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with questions and department transfers, and assisting our sales team with their revenue goals. Candidates should possess a friendly demeanor, an energetic and motivated work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Customer Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication skills).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
