We are currently looking to fill immediately:

Part time permanent - 10-15 hours (Every Monday 830-1515, Every other Saturday and Sunday 715-1400)

Responsibilities:
Activities of daily living that assist adults with physical disabilities, who self-direct their care, to live independently, including:
- Transferring/positioning/turning
- Dressing/undressing
- Washing/bathing
- Toileting including bowel, bladder and catheter care
- Light housekeeping/laundry assistance
- Meal preparation/assistance with eating
- Follow through on programs developed by an occupational therapist, physiotherapist and/or speech therapist
Qualifications:
- PSW certification or experience in the field preferred
- Use of a vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of valid insurance
- Ability to work shifts including days and/or evenings
- Commitment to work alternate weekends
- Successful criminal reference check
- Employment medical
Environment Conditions:
Exposure to:
- Household cleaners, pets, smoke, temperature fluctuations, client action
- Driving in inclement weather
Compensation:
Probationary - $20.35
Wage grid - $20.35 - $21.19
