William Wood-Write Ltd., located in Guelph Ontario, is a small independent family-run mail order business and Canada's premier one-stop shopping source for penmaking supplies.
We sell a wide variety of wood turning kits, blanks, tooling and accessories.
Our order fulfillment crew is responsible for picking, packing and shipping customer orders. The job requires someone with the ability to stand for the duration of the shift, with the majority of the job spent reading product invoices, picking the correct item from the storage shelves and double checking picked products against inventory codes. Orders are then packed and processed in the appropriate box, for shipping. Accuracy is critically important.
When all orders have been fulfilled for the day, you are required to organize product shelves, clean, take care of inventory decreases, prep and pack product for easier picking the next day and other duties as required. As stock arrives you are required to assist in organizing, unpacking and putting away newly arrived stock. As the company grows, you would be expected to take on new responsibilities.
Possibility for full-time hours in the future for the right candidate.

- Customer service skills
- Social media/SEO content writing
- Entry level product photography
- Fluency in spoken and written French
Hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday & Tuesday
The job requires you to lift up to 25kg.
The proper job candidate will need great attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
