Skills & Experience: While no previous knowledge is required in the building or trades industries, the candidate must possess a valid drivers license, working and reliable vehicle that can fit a ladder, pass a criminal background check, as well as possessing intermediate knowledge level of utilizing software to use and navigate digital interfaces such as laptops, smart devices including phones and tablets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Inspect residential and commercial buildings primarily for real estate transactions.
· Engage in light administrative tasks such as answering calls / texts / emails with stakeholders.
· Conduct marketing activities such as visiting open houses, coffee meetings, and presentations.

Mission / Purpose: Your primary role as a home inspector is to expertly inspect and assess the condition and operation of various building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, building science, structural, along with interior and exterior finishes. You then communicate your unbiased findings to our clients via digital reports, in-person meetings, phone, and other digital communication mediums.
