Position Overview
The Research Lab Assistant will play an integral role within our R&D department, collaborating closely with the plant manager and R&D engineers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a deep commitment to innovation and continuous professional growth. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments focused on the development and refinement of roofing materials
- Diligently record and analyze experimental data to ensure both accuracy and reliability
- Execute quality control tests to evaluate the efficacy of existing products
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to innovate and enhance material properties and technologies
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimum operational status
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to summarize research findings and experimental outcomes
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Fundamental understanding of material testing and engineering principles
