Leopard is a sourdough pizza restaurant in West Block. We just celebrated one year of business this summer.
We are looking to hire two part-time cooks to join our small kitchen team. Our kitchen is an open concept, where the customers can see and hear us so it is imperative that our staff are professional, calm under pressure and engaging with customers. We share the prep and cross-train on stations. Making pizzas in our brick oven requires the majority of our focus during service.
Two years minimum experience working in kitchens required.
Pizza making experience in a restaurant, is also required.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, good communicator and reliable. They will be familiar with our menu and hours of operation from visiting or viewing our website: leopardyeg.com. Applicants must be available to work on most Fridays and Saturdays.
