We are looking for two college (not university) graduates from a mechanical engineering technology or CAD program :
Position 1 - Freelance CAD designer to work at our location on an as and when required basis to maintain and update the existing designs and BOM's of our environmental test chamber products. The majority of the work involves the design of sheet metal parts from light gauge CRS and stainless steel. Modeling and updating of shop floor drawings including sheet metal welding instructions, electrical power, control system and refrigeration system assembly instructions. Previous experience with NPI and production engineering in a manufacturing environment is required.
Position 2 - Entry level position for a recent graduate of a mechanical engineering technology program to work on the floor in our welding and fabrication shop. Must have experience working with tools and machinery and know what good workmanship is.
