This position will consist of mostly nights and weekends with a few days shifts mid week if applicable. Schedule will be either 6 hour shifts , 8 hour shifts and maybe 4 hour shifts in the evenings. Your days off will primarily be Tuesday to Thursday as you will be here the busiest days of the week
During the week shifts will be from 9 am starts, and up to finishing work at 11:30 pm.
( I.E 1030 to 7 - 1130 -8 230 to 11 pm ) etc
Weeksays it may be 5-10 or 6-1130. Weekend shifts can be from 930 am to 9 PM to support with returns and cleaning.
Even though this is seasonal be prepared to have around 30 or more hours in a work week.
This position is seasonal but has a high potential to lead to permanent employment.
If hired after seasonal, you are guaranteed 25 hours a week and benefits. You get pay raises on the amount of hours you work. The more you work the quicker you get a raise ( about a dollar each each until you top out )
If you are interested in a foods department such as Meat department , Service Deli, Bakery or Food Court, or Maintenance Assistant you would be hired Regular Part time meaning you would be scheduled no less than 25 hours and receive benefits in a few months. ( rare opportunity ) your hours would accumulate toward your raises right away
There are pay raises based on hours worked and the top rate is roughly $29 to $30( plus bonuses twice year ) depending on the department chosen.
Pay starts at $18.50 an hour with a $4 dollar premium per hour on Sundays. This is a premium that you will get no matter what your pay is , even if your topped out
We are looking for energetic people , who are friendly and have great customer service skills who don’t mind physical work as this position requires lifting groceries and helping members on the floor. This is not a job where you stand around,
