We are seeking a skilled Buffet Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at Canad Inns Destination Centre Garden City. As a Buffet Cook, you will play a crucial role in crafting an exceptional dining experience for our guests through your culinary expertise and creativity.
The working hours for this role span from Wednesday to Sunday, totaling 20 to 30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. each day.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of buffet-style dishes, ranging from appetizers and main courses to desserts, in line with our established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly seasoned, and visually appealing, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Cook.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
