Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Assistant will be mainly responsible be responsible to take orders, update data in the system, give quotes and pricing as well as developp and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with different internal departments to establish quotes and estimates to clients;
- Take orders from clients and input them into the internal system;
- Provide clients with appropriate timelines;
- Update clients on their orders;
- Make recommendations about products;
- Reporting on sales metrics;
- Develop and maintain strong relations with current and potential clients
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' experience in sales and customer service
- Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus
- Efficient with different computer applications
- Ability to understand and talk about technical information to clients
- Professional, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed
- Enjoys the challenge of business developpment
