Small private horse farm hiring for morning and evening shifts that are 3-4 hours each.
Current openings are Monday PM, Wednesday PM and Saturday PM.
Additional hours available and welcome for grooming care of 2-3 horses.
Start time is between 6am-8am in the mornings and roughly 6:30pm in the evenings - with some flexibility.
Located 5mins from Mohawk Racetrack, Brookville/Moffatt. 20 mins from Milton, Guelph, Burlington/Oakville.
Shifts include mucking, feeding (grain and hay), blankets/boots/stable bandages, first aid and medications as needed, and general barn clean up.
Easy and efficient set up. Gator provided for mucking and small square bales for hay plus automatic waterers..
Must be self sufficient, have a valid drivers license and reliable car.
Experience with young and senior horses is a must as well as the ability to independently perform the job from start to finish alone.
