Answering incoming service customer calls in a friendly and professional manner, booking service appointment dates and times with each incoming call. Promptly greet customers in a friendly and professional manner in person as they enter the service department. Make outbound calls to customers that are due for a service appointment. Provide back-up coverage to reception desk when needed, as well as cash customers out as needed. Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
